If you’re not sure what you’re looking for or which therapies are right for you, start here by booking a First Time Resetter Assessment and let us design a personalized protocol to help you meet your personal health and wellness goals.
Step 1
Book a First Time Resetter Assessment
During a First Resetter Resetter Assessment, we will conduct a comprehensive Insight Health Analysis, where we use an array of wellness testing tools that look at your adrenals, oxygen levels, heart rate variability (HRV) score, muscle tone balance and thermography to assess your current health status. Afterwards you’ll get a chance to try three of our post popular therapies.
Step 2
Get a personalized protocol
Using the data-driven benchmarks from your Insight Health Analysis, we’ll design for you a personal protocol. We’ll narrow down which reset therapies are best designed to address your needs and health goals, and provide you with a recommended number of sessions and tips for getting the most out of your biohacking experience.
Step 3
Begin biohacking your health
Get started! You’re able to book reset therapies anytime using our easy and convenient online scheduler, or by calling our office. Remember, biohacking therapies are most effective when used consistently and close together in frequency. Therefore, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week until your plan is complete. We’ll then reassess your progress and determine a second phase of biohacking or maintenance protocol.
